H2GO Celebrates 4,000 Days of Safety

LELAND, NC – On July 24th, H2GO employees celebrated 4,000 days without time loss due to injury on the job. With fifty-three employees in the last 4,000 days, each one of them has taken safety seriously, largely in part to our Safety Manager, TJ West. The H2GO safety policy provides basic responsibilities and tasks for all levels of employees on ensuring a safe environment. “It is the basic safety policy of this company that no task is so important that an employee must violate a safety rule or take a risk of injury or illness in order to get the job done,” the Safety and Health Program reads.
H2GO honored their employees with a celebration on July 27th with a team breakfast catered by the local Piggly Wiggly in Leland. “The safety and health of all employees is a top priority at H2GO. With a team that has grown by 76% since our 3,000 days of safety celebration. It is more important than ever we continue our commitment to education and training in maintaining a safe work environment,” says Stephanie Blair, H2GO’s Communications Director. “Almost 11 years without time loss due to injury on the job is astounding. It is the merit of every employee to guarantee a safe working environment, our team works together and looks out for one another.” H2GO looks to continue its safe practices and stint with no work loss due to injury on the job. Accident prevention is the intention, and H2GO is committed to it.
