Nevertheless, I agree that if “Lessee” fails to pay any fees or penalties due in accordance with H2GO policy, then I will pay them on behalf of the “Lessee”. I understand that all outstanding balances on the account will have to be paid prior to a new lessee being assigned payment responsibility for this property’s water and/or sewer service.
