Upon further examination, customer bills are correct.
So why do some bills appear higher this month?
1) Last month we billed some areas that had received new meters based on average usage to ensure bills were sent out in a timely manner. Some instances resulted in an underbilling, which corrected on this billing cycle.
2) The billing cycle for this bill was five weeks instead of the normal four weeks.
