On May 18, 2020, The Honorable Charles Henry entered an Order granting the Joint Motion filed by the Town of Belville and Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO in May of 2020. The ruling came in favor of The Town of Belville and H2GO, allowing Belville to return the assets of H2GO to H2GO and allowing H2GO to resume construction of the much-anticipated aquifer-sourced Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant.
