H2GO has joined the NC811 “Call Before You Dig” system. The Brunswick County Public Utilites has now finished with their annual change over in their treatment process; they have changed from Chlorine back to Chloramines. The H2GO maintenance staff has now begun their annual flushing, where they flush out several water lines throughout the water system. On December 10, 2016 the Unity Group of North Brunswick hosted their 24th annual Christmas Festival and Parade. H2GO participated in the parade this year, entering their ‘Overflowing with Christmas Joy’ float. The float featured a water fountain consisting of four toilets overflowing with water and two toilets and two fire hydrants spraying water into the fountain. H2GO has announced their newest project, Operation Round Up. The project was unanimously approved in the August Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO Board of Commissioner Meeting. The project will allow H2GO customers to round their bills up to the next dollar with the additional contribution going to local charities.
