THE BRUNSWICK REGIONAL WATER AND SEWER H2GO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, JUNE 29th 2020 AT 6:00PM TO DISCUSS: SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FEE ANALYSIS

In accordance with S.L. 2020-3 Amendments to N.C.G.S. 166A-19.24(e), votes on the public hearing may not occur until at least twenty-four (24) hours after the hearing. The Board of Commissioners will receive input on the public hearing via:

a. Email BRWS@H2GOonline.com with subject line ‘SDF Analysis Comment’.
b. Written statements submitted by mail to:

The Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday, June 29th 2020 at 6:00 pm to discuss: System Development Fee Analysis, rate study by Stantec, and FY19-20 budget amendment. The board will enter executive session to discuss contract negotiations pursuant to ncgs 143-318.11 (a)(5).
 
The Board will recess the June 29, 2020 special meeting and reconvene on Wednesday July 1, 2020 at 10 a.m. For the purpose of voting on system development fees and the FY20-21 rate and fee schedule.
