Notice of Hearing
4/27/2020 11:30:54 AM
On March 3, 2020, H2GO and the Town of Belville filed a Joint Motion in the ongoing case involving the Town of Leland to modify a Permanent Injunction that has been entered so as to allow the Town of Belville to return the assets of H2GO to H2GO and to allow H2GO to proceed with the construction of the aquifer-sourced Reverse Osmosis Plant. The Town of Leland has responded in opposition to the Joint Motion.
The Court has scheduled the Joint Motion for a hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020. A copy of the Notice of Hearing is included HERE. Because of the current situation with COVID-19, the hearing will be held by telephone in a conference call. The parties all have consented to having the hearing by telephone. A telephone number by which interested members of the public may listen to the hearing will be provided in a separate notice sometime before the hearing on May 1.
Call-In Number can be found HERE.
