How We're Addressing COVID-19 at H2GO

4/3/2020 10:33:22 AM

At H2GO, preserving and promoting the health of our customers and employees is always our top priority. We are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19, and we’re working to protect the health of our community.

We’re dedicated to preserving consistent service, while also doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.

First and foremost, COVID-19 is not waterborne and isn’t transferred through your drinking water supply, so please be aware of potential scammers. We know the communities we serve rely on us to deliver such an essential service. Our customers can be sure that we will continue to efficiently and effectively deliver your drinking water and treat your wastewater. To learn more about the safety of tap water, visit epa.gov/coronavirus.

We recognize that our customers should not have to be concerned about potentially losing water service during this critical time. That's why, on March 15th, we suspended the disconnection of water service for non-payment until further notice. We do, however, encourage our customers who are able to pay their bills. H2GO will not be calling on customers to make payments.

While our business is operating as normal, our main office at 516 Village Rd NE is closed to the public. We strongly encourage you to conduct as much business as possible following social distancing guidelines.

Customers can make a payment and review your account 24/7 by visiting www.H2GOonline.com.

Customers can also make a payment by mail to P.O. Box 2230 Leland, NC 28451. Customers can also utilize our drive-thru kiosk and drop box at 516 Village Rd NE. Our Customer Service team (910-371-9949) is also offered, but we ask for your patience as wait times are extended at this time.

Additionally, also tours of our wastewater treatment plant are temporarily suspended.

All service trucks are equipped with hand sanitizer and latex gloves that are used regularly between service calls. To help practice social distancing, our field technicians will be riding in separate work trucks. As always, H2GO field technicians will never enter your home.

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes cause. Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees.
